as to和as for的区别:当表示“至于”这个意思时,as for,as to都可以用,一般位于句首,但as for常含有贬义;当表示“关于”,后跟whether、when、what、where、how等引导的从句时,只能用as to,有时as to可省略。这种用法上的as to一般位于句中。
as for 和as to的区别
一、用法不同
1.as to用法:表示涉及某点:as to常放于句中,表示“关于……方面”、“有关……之事”,但为了突出要提及的人或事之时,也可将as to置于句首,以示强调。但只涉及内容,而不涉及讲话人的态度。
2.as for用法:as for可以用来表示讲话人对某人或某物持有“轻蔑”或“冷淡”的态度,甚至有憎恶之感,讲话时要重读引出的词语并在其后稍作停顿,以示强调,口气上带有嘲讽意味,译作汉语的“至于……嘛”。
as for后一般只接名词或动名词,as to后还可以接疑问词(what,where…)+不定式结构。
As for asking him for help,I shall never do that. 至于请他帮忙,我是不可能做的。
As for being timid,you will get over that. 至于羞怯,你会克服的。
He asked me as to what to say. 他问我该说些什么。

1.as to 释义:至于;关于。
2.as for 释义:至于,就……方面说。
三、侧重点不同
1.as to 解析:用以重提旧事:as to引出的内容都是前文曾经提到过的或者谈话对方都有所了解的,表示“说到”之义。
2.as for 解析:用以转换话题:在有前文的情况下as for总是出现在下文的句首,用来引出另外一方或者新的谈话内容,但与前文内容也有一定的联系,起到补充前文又突出后文的作用,使之与前文形成对照,译作“至于”。

1.as if/though意为“好像……”。
1)引导方式状语从句,当与事实不符合时,从句用虚拟语气。
She loved the child as if he were her son .
她爱那个孩子,就好像他是她的儿子。
I remember the whole thing as if it happened yesterday.
我记得整个事件,就好像是昨天发生的似的。
当主句主语与从句主语一致,且从句谓语含有be时,可省去从句的主语和be。

4.as to意为“关于,至于”。

5.“so+形容词/副词+as to”意为“如此……以致”。
Will you be so kind as to help me out of the trouble?

6.such+形容词+名词+as to”意为“如此……以致”。
